Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent paper sheets from double feeding, by rotating an eccentric roll installing a frictional contact part on an outer surface of a large diametral part and a delivery roll installing the frictional contat part in a part of the outer surface both synchronously so as to cause each of frictional contact parts to be made contact with these paper sheets at the same time. CONSTITUTION:At the surface central part of piled paper sheets 4, a leverlike support part 8 pressing this central part against a spring 2 is installed. Likewise, an eccentric roll 9 for delivery auxiliary use for these paper sheets is installed in the surface central part of these paper sheets 4, while a rubber pad 7 being large in a friction factor is attached to the outer surface of a large diametral part.
