Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute easily an overall measurement by providing at least three turning pieces and damping pieces on a pedestal, and installing a push spring and a spring. CONSTITUTION:A roller 10 is made adjacent to a trolley line 24 by supporting a supporting rod 1, by drawing a tow rope 20 in this way, the trolley line 24 is inserted between the roller 10 and a light shielding material 13. The roller 10 is hooked onto the trolley line 24, and subsequently, moved along the trolley line 24 by a supporting rod 1 by loosening the tow rope 20 and bringing the light shielding material 13 into contact with the lower face of the trolley line 24. In this way, an abrasion state of the trolley line is read continuously by a scale plate 23.

The contact wire is worn out by the sliding movement of the pantograph, and when the wear becomes significant, it breaks. For this reason, the contact wire has a wear limit claw corresponding to the nominal cross-sectional area, taking into account the safety factor. Whether or not the wear limit has been reached is determined by a person climbing up the overhead wire using a ladder or the like and measuring the remaining diameter of the contact wire with a micrometer or the like.

Since the lifespan of Toro IJ wires is often influenced by local wear rather than overall wear, it is necessary to measure the entire surface of Kiruta TJ.

Inside the notch 3, an L-shaped rotating piece 11 shorter than the entrance width of the notch 30 is arranged such that one side of the L-shape is located within the notch 3 and the other side protrudes. The support 1111+left is planted at both ends near the end of one side of the rotating piece so that it protrudes, and the protruding part rotates into the hole provided in the opposing wall of the notch 3 and moves in the axial direction. It has been inserted so that it can be inserted.

On the other side of the pedestal λ, a supporting part B is integrally provided with the pedestal so as to pass near the entrance of each notch 3 from one end to the other, and a rotating piece is provided on the other side of the pedestal λ. This is to prevent it from rotating around the support 1qb s. With such a notch 3 and support part B provided on the pedestal λ (J and a rotating piece G on the pedestal), it is possible to move in the axial direction by the support shaft S. It can also be provided so that it can rotate on one side.

A plate-shaped spring 7 is attached to the center of the rotating piece on the pedestal λ so as to extend at right angles to the support.
C is pressed against the support part A by the support part A. Note that the push spring 7 may be provided between the end of the support shaft S in the pedestal λ and the bottom of a hole that holds the left support shaft of the pedestal S. A roller 10 is provided on the outer surface of the other side of the figure 14 shape of the rotating piece, the center line of which is perpendicular to the direction of rotation of the rotating piece.
The rollers 10 of each rotating piece are rotatably mounted so as to form a line.

As shown by the dotted line in Figure 7, attach the side plate/B with a tension spring of 7 g.
, and rotates away from the light shielding material /3 using the hinge /7 as a fulcrum. With the side plate /6 opened laterally in this way, the contact wire 211 is inserted between the roller 70 and the light shielding material /3, the roller L10 is brought into contact with the upper side of the contact wire 21/-, and the tension is applied. (1) A pedestal fixed to one end of the support rod, which can be rotated in a row at intervals along one edge of the pedestal only to one side of the pedestal, and can also move a limited length perpendicular to the direction of rotation. at least three rotating pieces provided on the pedestal, and a braking piece provided on the pedestal so as to engage with one end in a direction perpendicular to the rotating direction of the rotating pieces to suppress rotation of the rotating pieces; A push spring is arranged at the center of rotation of the rotary piece to push the rotary piece toward the brake piece so that one end of the rotary piece can be engaged with the brake piece, and the rotary piece is engaged with the brake piece. A spring attached to either or both of the pedestal and the rotating piece so that the spring can be attached to the pedestal and the rotating piece so that the center line of the rotating piece forms a right angle with the center line of the rotating piece is aligned with each rotating piece so that it is located outside the pedestal.
