Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）バリスタ素体の一表面に複数の電極を有し、該複
    数の電極のそれぞれは、前記バリスタ素体の前記−表面
    の略同一円周上に配置された外側弧状部と、他の電極の
    外側弧状部に対してギャップを隔てて隣接しかつ同心状
    に配置された内側弧状部と、該内側弧状部の一端と外側
    弧状部の一端とを接続する接続部とを備え、前記外側弧
    状部及び傳記内側弧状部は前記バリスタ素体に対してオ
    ーム性接触となるように形成され、前記接続部の全部ま
    たは一部は前記バリスタ素体に対して非オーム性接触な
    るように形成されたことを特徴とするバリスタ。
  2. （２）前記バリスタ素体はそれ自身がバリスタ特性を有
    する焼結体で成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項に記載のバリスタ。
  3. （３）前記バリスタ素体は酸化チタン系焼結体、チタン
    酸ストロンチウム系焼結体または酸化亜鉛系焼結体の何
    れかで成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    ２項に記載のバリスタ。
