トローラ8を第4図に示すように両側にそれぞれ配備し
たローラ保持部材7がロッド14に固定されており、マ
グネットローラ8とローラ保持部材7とで吸着保持手段
を構成する。前記ロッド14は上型2に固定したブラケ
ット15に対して摺動自在に付けられており、ローラ保
持部村7は上下可動である。なお前記ロッド14にはス
プリング13が設けられており、ローラ保持部材7は、
常に下方向に付勢されている。次に下型1には、ローラ
保持部材7に設けられたストップ部位7aと当俵するこ
とによりスプリング13に抗してローラ保持部材7の動
きを停止するストッパー10が設けられている。さらに

ていた鋼板素材12は、下型1の切断刃上に突き落され
る。このようにして所定送り長さに設置された鋼板素材
12は所定位置まで下降した第一切断刃Aと第二切断刃
Bとにより第2図に示されているようなシート鋼板12

にこの発明によれば、シャープレスの上型に吸着保持手
段を設け、鋼板素材を吸着保持しながら、所定位置まで
送るような構成としたため、従来困難であった送り長さ
の長い鋼板素材を第二切断刃に引掛けることなく必要寸
法の送りができ1回のストロークで複数枚取りが可能に
なったことから、加工効率が向上できるという効果が得
られる。
