・ケースと、前記前部区画に嵌合固定され先端に燃料噴
射口を設けたバルブ・ハウジングと、前記バルブ・ハウ
ジングに設けられたガイド孔に往復動可能に挿入された
、球形弁子を有する開閉弁と、前記開閉弁の後端に結合
された可動鉄心と、前記可動鉄心と対向して前記後部区
画に収、 容された固定鉄心と、前記固定鉄心の外周に
巻かれた電磁コイルとからなる内燃機関用電磁燃料噴射
器であって、前記弁子と前記噴射口との間のデッド・ス
ペース容量が１パルス当りのアイドル噴射量以下になる
ように前記弁子の球径と前記噴射口のシート角を選定し
