〔発明の構成〕[Structure of the invention]

本発明の第1は、容体の頭部に、容体の底にまで延びる
吸上管と上方に延びる嵌入筒とを備えたキャップを被装
し、キャップには、嵌入筒の外側ないし内側に、上方か
ら押圧することによって開口するエア栓を設け、また、
嵌入筒の底面は薄肉化して吸上管のシールとなし、更に
下端に上記シールを突破するための刃を形成した通路を
縦設した吸出ノズルを設け、この吸出ノズルを上記嵌入
筒に対し推進可能に装着してなる液状物飲用容器であっ
て、第1図乃至第3図にその実施例が示されている。図
中1はプラスチック製、ガラス製等の容体で、その中に
、通常飲用の液状物を入れる。容体lの底には凹陥部2
を設け、そこに残液が集まるようにすることが好ましい
。3は容体1の頭部を閉塞するキャップで、超音波シー
ルその他の手段によって容体1に一体化する。4は凹陥
部2上に垂下させた吸上管で、予めキャップ3と一体成
形してもよいしく第1図)、キャップ3とは別個に成形
して、キャップ3の底に嵌め込むこととしてもよい(第
2図)。キャップ3の上面に□は、嵌入筒5を立設する
。通例、嵌入筒5の外周面にはオネジを切る。また、嵌
入筒5の底面は薄肉のシール6となし、それで以て吸上
管4の上端を閉塞する。7はキャップ3から上方に突出
するようにして形成したエア栓で、その周囲の一部のみ
をキャップ3に固定し、上から押下することによって固
定部が切り取れてその部を開口するようにする。このエ
ア栓7は、嵌入筒5の外側に設りてもよいしく第1図)
、その内側に設けてもよい(第3図)。内側に設ける場
合は、後述のようにしてエア路を形成する。8は、中空
であって下部を大径化した吸出ノズルで、底面から嵌入
筒5が嵌入する環溝9を穿設する。嵌入筒5にオネジを
切ったときは、環溝9の内側面にメネジを切る。吸出ノ
ズル8は、その一部を蛇腹構造にして可撓性を持たせた
り、口にあてがい易いように湾折曲させたりするとよい
。エア栓7を嵌入筒の内側に設けたときは、例えば、嵌
入筒5ないし環溝9の螺設部にスリン)10を形成し、
かつ、嵌入筒5の頭面及び内側面と環溝9との間に間隙
11を置くことによって、エア路を設ける。あるいは、
間隙11から外に向けて穿孔してもよい。吸出ノズル8
の通路12の下端には、加圧時シール6を突破するに適
した形状の刃13を形成する。なお、シール6の周囲を
更に薄肉化し、あるいは、放射状等に切れ目を入れるこ
とにより、−N開口し易くしてもよい。第4図に示す実
施例は、容器1の凹面を斜面になし、キャンプ3及び吸
出ノズル8を斜めに配したものである。この場合吸上管
4は、図示したように折曲ないし湾曲させるとよい。な
お、この場合は、吸飲中に液が漏出することを防止する
ために、エア栓7はできるだけ上方に配置することが好
ましい。

ルを突破しうるように構成した液路とエア路とを設けた
開栓部材を配し、この開栓部材を、上記嵌入筒に対し通
気可能状態にて推進しうる吸出ノズルで押下可能にした
液状物飲用容器。 (6)容体の底における吸上管の下に、凹陥部を形成し
た特許請求の範囲第5項記載の液状物飲用容器。 (7)容体の頭面を斜面になして各構成部を斜めに配備
した特許請求の範囲第5項又は第6項記載の液!大物飲
用容器。 (8)吸上管を湾折曲した特許請求の範囲第7項記載の
