紛失を防ぐために接着を強くすると、使用時にストロー包装袋を簡単に取り外せないという問題が生じた。
また、ストローの取り出しにあたっては、包装袋がうまく破れないということも生じ、取り出しも簡易ではなかった。

本発明は、上記の問題点を解決することを技術的課題とし、容器本体内にストロー収納部を設けるとともに、ストローの取り出しを簡単にできるようにした飲料用容器を提供することを目的とする。

本発明は、上記問題点を解決するため、飲料用容器として、容器の頂壁と、該頂壁の中央に設けた開口の周辺から垂設された有底筒部と、胴部周壁とを一体成形した容器本体において、頂壁に除去部を形成するとともに、該除去部に連設する胴部の上端縁周壁に摘み片を形成し、ストロー差込口を形成可能とし、前記有底筒部をストロー収納部とし、ストロー収納部の開口をシールするとともに前記除去部を覆ってシール片を頂壁に接着させたことを特徴とする構成を採用する。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施形態について、図面を参照して説明する。
図１において、Ａは容器本体、Ｂはシール片、Ｃはストローである。
容器本体Ａは、胴部１と頂壁２、ストロー収納部３とからなり、合成樹脂で一体成形されている。
前記頂壁２には、開口を形成するための破断溝４が刻設され、除去部５が形成されている。
胴部１の上端は、頂壁より上方に延びた上端周壁６が形成され、除去部の破断溝４に対応する部分には切欠７が設けられ、摘み片８が形成されている。
図２に示すように、摘み片８の頂壁２の下面に相当する位置にも破断溝９が刻設されており、摘み片８を引き上げたときに除去部５が切り取られ、ストロー差込口１４が形成されるようになっている。
