スメンバが貫挿され、このクロスメンバにリヤサスペン
ション装置の一部を形成するショックアブソーバが連結
された車体構造において、前記クロスメンバ側に接合さ
れる第１の接合部および前記リヤサイドメンバに接合さ
れる第２の接合部を備えたラテラルロッド取付用のラテ
ラルロッドブラケットを設け、このラテラルロッドブラ
ケットの第１の接合部を予め前記クロスメンバに接合し
た状態で前記第２の接合部を前記リヤサイドメンバにス
ポット溶接によって接合したことを特徴とする車体構造
