の第３実施例の油圧回路図、第５図は被切断鋼材の後方
の固定装置であり、イは全体平面図、口は水平方向用の
固定装置を示す側面図、ハは上下圧下用の固定装置の正
面図、第６図はパイプの同時切断本数と、１本当りの切
断時間の関係図、第７図は被切断鋼材とブレードおよび
水平方向クランプ機構との位置関係を示す図面で、イは
従来のもの、口は本考案に係るものである。 ３はバイス、４はクランプガイド、５はブレード、６は
油圧シリンダ装置、７は同調シリンダ、８はラック、９
はピニオン、１０は油圧シリンダ装置、１７は上下圧下
用のバイス、Ｐは被切断鋼材。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 並列配置された複数の被切断鋼材を水平および上下方向
    からクランプするバイスを設け、これらバイスでクラン
    プした上記被切断鋼材を、上方から下降あるいは下方か
    ら上昇する回転円形切断刃によって切断する円形切断刃
    式竪型切断装置において、上記複数の被切断鋼材を水平
    方向にクランプするバイスを、円形切断刃回転軸の昇降
    移動軌跡線を中心に、被切断鋼材が実質左右均等にクラ
    ンプされるように構成してなることを特徴とする鋼材の
    円形切断刃式竪型切断装置。
