エミッタに抵抗をもった出力側トランジスタが前記電源
と前記抵抗Ｒ１の出力端子側一端に接続されたカレント
ミラー回路と、このカレントミラー回路における前記入
力側トランジスタまたは出力側トランジスタのエミッタ
の電位を制御する回路とを具備し、前記カレントミラー
回路の入力側トランジスタまたは出力側トランジスタの
エミッタの電位を制御することによりカレントミラー回
路のミラー比を変化させて前記トランジスタの出力イン
ピーダンスを変化させるようにしたことを特徴とする可
