Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify constitution of the heat exchanger and permit to lead a pipeline into any direction among leftward, rightward and rearward of the main frame of the heat exchanger by a method wherein a water supplying pipe and a hot-water discharging pipe are connected to an upper header and a heat source is provided at the inside of lower part of the main frame. CONSTITUTION:Water supplied from the water supplying pipe 5 fills the upper header 2, a pipe 5 and a lower header 3 and thereafter is discharged out of the water discharging pipe 6 while high-temperature exhaust gas of combustion is regulated by a baffle tube 9 and is ascended through an exhaust gas path 10 under effecting heat exchange by contacting with the pipes 4 when a combustion equipment 8 provided at the lower part of the heat exchanger 1 is operated. Boiler water in the pipe 4 is heated rapidly and ascending water flow is generated, however, the flow of water in the pipe 4, which is opposing to the water supplying pipe 5, flows downward by a water supplying pressure. The hot-water, ascended through the pipes 4, is supplied from the water discharging pipe 6 through the upper header 2, however, the hot-water discharging pipe 6 is connected to a position symmetrically to the water supplying pipe 5 with respect to the center of the heat exchanger 1 so that the pipe 6 is not opposed to the pipe 4, therefore, the hot-water is led from respective pipes 4 to the hot-water discharging pipe 6 comparatively uniformly.

Conventional structure and its problems Traditionally, this type of heat exchanger connects the water supply pipe to the lower header, or connects it to the upper header and leads the water supplied by the water pipe to the lower header, and then connects the water pipe to the lower header. After heat exchange, hot water is supplied from the hot water outlet pipe, but the method that connects the water supply pipe to the lower header makes it difficult to organize the piping connections around the equipment body, and the method that uses the inlet pipe has problems with the internal configuration of the heat exchanger. It had the disadvantage of being complicated.

Purpose of the Invention At the same time, the structure inside the heat exchanger is simplified, and the water supply pipes and hot water outlet pipes are taken out from the top of the boiler equipment body, and the piping connections around the boiler equipment body are made straight. This allows it to be carried out in any direction. .

'Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the present invention [1. A donut-shaped upper header and a lower header are provided at the upper and lower ends, and both headers are connected through a plurality of pipes, and a water supply pipe and a hot water outlet are connected to the upper header. In addition to connecting the pipes, a heat source is provided inside the lower part, which simplifies the internal configuration of the heat exchanger and allows the water supply pipe and hot water outlet pipe to be taken out from the top of the boiler equipment body.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. 2
, 3 are donut-shaped upper headers and lower headers provided at the upper and lower ends of the heat exchanger 1, and are pipes consisting of a plurality of pipes connecting the 4Vi upper header 2 and -tohenoda 3, and 5 is a pipe connected to the upper header 2. The water supply pipe 6 is connected to the upper header 2 and is not opposed to the pipe 4, and the water supply pipe 5 and the hot water supply pipe 6 are approximately symmetrical with respect to the center of the heat exchanger 1. It is provided at a position and taken out from the top surface 7 of the device main body. 8 is a heat source consisting of a combustor or the like provided inside the heat exchanger 1 below. 9(/i Combustion exhaust gas passage 1

Next, the operation will be explained. When water is supplied from the water supply pipe 6, the supplied water fills the upper header 2, pipe 4, and lower header 3, and then exits from the outlet pipe 6. At this time, the combustor 8 installed at the bottom of the heat exchanger 1 is During operation, high-temperature combustion exhaust gas is regulated by the baffle tube 9 and rises through the exhaust gas passage 10 while exchanging contact heat with the pipe 4. That is, the canned water in the pipe 4 is rapidly heated and becomes an upward water flow, but only the pipe 4 facing the water supply pipe 5 becomes a descending water flow due to the water supply pressure. The hot water that has risen inside the pipe 4 passes through the upper header 2 and is supplied from the hot water outlet pipe 6, but the hot water outlet pipe 6 is arranged so that it is not facing the pipe 4, and is connected to the water supply pipe 5 (d) with respect to the center of the heat exchanger 1. Since the pipes 4 and 4 are connected at substantially symmetrical positions, the hot water is led relatively evenly from each pipe 4 to the outlet pipe 6.

The flow on the water side is supplied from the water supply pipe 6 by the operation of the combustor 8, and then descends through the pipe 4 facing the water supply pipe 6 to reach the lower header 3. After that, ascend the pipes 4 other than the pipes facing the water supply pipe 6 and pass through the header 2 to the hot water outlet pipe 6.
This means that hot water is supplied more quickly.
