Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は新規な構成を有する外壁制を提供しようとする
ものである。
従来、提供されている各種外壁材は風化などに弱く、か
つ、軽量などの点にも問題があった。
本発明はかかる問題を充分解決しようとするもので、以
下図面を参照しながら、その１実施例の詳細を説明する
。
１は本発明の外壁材である。そして、その構成は、発泡
スチレンなどの合成樹脂発泡材をもって球状に構成され
た骨材２に対して適量のセメント、パーライト６を混合
してなる素材をもって板状体４の一方面あるいは双方面
にコンク腐 り−ト板などの耐火補強板５が添着せしめられている。
そこで、上記骨材２は発泡スチレンのほか発泡ウレタン
など各種の合成樹脂材で形成されていると共に、球状の
もののほが立方体状のものもあるが、内部には多数の気
１ｍ　２　ｐ、は存在するが、外周面は被覆２Ｂががか
った状態となっている。発明者は上記骨材２としては果
実をダンボールなどに収納する時、もみがらの代用品と
して使用されている球状の発泡スチレンを使用した。ま
た、骨材２の直径は５朋前後が好適であった。また、骨
材２とセメント、パーライト６の混合比は容積比で下記
の通りであった。
骨　材　６ パーライト　６ セメント　１ しかし、各成分はそれぞれ多少増減することは当然であ
る。そして、パーライトの代りに砂を使用することもで
きる。さらに、補強板層５についてはコンクリートとな
っている。従って、本願のものの製法は下記の通りであ
る。
型枠６内に補強板層５を形成するためパーラ量の水を１
史用すると共に、必要な鉄筋７を配設する。８は上面に
充填したモルタルで形成された平坦面であるが、第４図
の如く外壁材１の裏面側を平坦に加工する場合は不要で
ある。
型枠内で硬化をまって脱型し必要な養生をすれば最終製
品となる。上記補強板層５については木毛セメント板に
してもよく、場合によってはタイル９をあらかじめ添着
せしめることもできる。
本願のものは上述の如く発泡スチレンなどによる骨材２
が多数充填された状態となっているから、全体を軽量と
すると共に、高い断熱性。
防音性を有することになる。加えて、補強板層が形成さ
れているから、防火性を有すると共にパネル全体の強度
を有することになる。また、施工に際しては特別の工具
を必要とせず、切断。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 発泡スチレンなどの合成樹脂発泡材をもって球状に構成
    された骨材２に対して適量のセメント、パーライト６を
    混合してなる素材をもって板状体４の一方面あるいは双
    方面にコンクリ−櫃 ト板などの耐火補強板５を添着せしめたことを特徴とす
    る外壁材。
