高く、軸受性能が良く、特にチェーンの連結部やローラ
に使用した場合も耐摩耗性の高い軸受を提供することを
目的とする。

なり、また第4図に示す如くダイス面とブシュ間に多数
の油溜り7…があるので境界摩擦となり、第5図に示す
如き従釆の圧延鋼板4aをそのまま使用した場合と異り
、平滑面及び少ない油溜り8による乾燥摩擦とならない
ので摩擦係数が小さく、ダイスの受ける面圧も4・で、
ダイスとブシュの接触面積は小さく、潤滑効果が大であ
る。更にまた、前記理由により突通し加工性がよいので
梨地肌の微細な凸面頂部は突通しダイス加工により均等
高さを有する硬化平滑面となり、該平滑面によって軸受
面積が大となって面圧を下げ軸受性能を向上させるから
、軸受として使用する場合に組立、すなわち内リングプ
レートの孔部にブシュを圧入隊合するに際しても焼付き
又はいわゆるカジリが生じない。また、組立精度が良く
使用中の競合緩みが生ぜず、チェーンの連結部等に使用
した場合もチェーンの疲労、摩耗などの動的性能が良い
。また、軸と軸受或いはピンとブシュ間の潤滑効果並び
に給油効果が改善されるために軸と軸受、ピンとブシュ
が馴み易く、軸受性能が向上する。またチェ−ンの連結
部のブシュやローラとして使用した場合は摩耗伸びが少
なく、摩耗寿命が向上する。上述の如くこの発明は円筒
体の内外表面に、微細な凹凸たる梨地肌を設け、捲き芯
を挿入しダイスの突通し加工により梨地肌の凸面頂部を
押しつぶして平滑面を形成させたブシュとしたブシュの
塑性加工時の潤滑効果、給油効果が優れ、突通し加工性
が向上するため、ブシュの真円度が容易に得られ、突通
しダイスや捲き芯とブシュの競付、カジリが発生せず、
突通しダイスの耐用寿命を比躍的に延ばすことができ、
ダイス材として超硬合金以外の低級工具材の使用も可能
となる。また、ブシュの梨地肌面と真円度の良好さから
、ブシュを所定の孔への圧入隊合の際も暁付きや摺鞍面
の削り合いたるカジリが生ぜず、組立精度が良くなるの
で、使用中の炭合緩みの発生を防止得るし、また梨地肌
凸面頂部が硬化平滑面を形成するため、潤滑効果、給油
効果が改善されるばかりでなく、軸と軸受、ピンとブシ
ュ間等の回転部分の軸受面積が大となって面圧を下げ且
つ馴み易くなって、軸受性能が向上する。そして特にチ
ェーンの連結部のブシュとして、あるいはローラとして
使用した場合は、チェ−ンの組立精度が向上するため、
疲労及び摩耗等の動的強度が改善され、チェーンの耐摩
耗性が向上する等の頗る顕著な効果を有するものである
。なお、この発明は上記実施例に限定されるものではな
くこの発明の精神を逸脱しない範囲で種々の応用改変を
なし得るのは言うまでもなく、例えばプシュの梨地肌面
は必要に応じて外面または内面の一方の面のみに施して
もよく、またブシュの材料は鋼等の金属材料に限定され
ず合成樹脂等他の材料でもよく、またブシュは梨地肌を
有する板状体を捲いて形成する場合のみでなく、既製の
円筒に薬品等の適宜手段で表面を梨地肌状にすることに
よっても梨地肌を有するブシュを得ることができるもの
である。
