Abstract

PURPOSE:To miniaturize a tripper to make a cargo handling device compact as a whole, by arraning the outlet end of a tripper on a belt conveyor in the vicinity of the ground surface, and as well by connecting a vertical conveyor between the outlet end of the tripper and the inlet end of a boom conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Materials to be transferred from a belt conveyor 2 are fed from the outlet end of a tripper 15 onto a table section 19 between an outer cylinder 17 and inner cylinder 18 on a rotary table 16. Then, the materials are led into the inner cylinder 18 through an opening 20 by means of a scraper 21 disposed in the inner cylinder 18. Then, the mateials to be transferred are fed from an opening 20 into a casing 24 on a vertical conveyor 23 through a supply port 26 by means of scraper 21, and therefore are raised upward by a bucket 25 in the casing 24. Then, the materials to be transferred are shifted onto the inlet end of a boom conveyor 25 from an outlet port 27. Thereafter, the materials to be transferred are dropped onto the ground surface W from the outlet end of the boom conveyor 25. Further, the materials are stacked up in a suitable width due to the turning of the boom 10. Thereby, the tripper 15 may be miniaturized so that the device may be made also compact as a whole.

れを垂直コンベア23で移送するにうに形成してもよい
。この場合ケース24の下部を回転自在とすることによ
りブーム10の旋回に支承のないものとすることができ
る。
