Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）シリンダ外側に軸方向に２本の凹溝を形成し、こ
    れらの各凹溝内にピストンのストローク位置を検出する
    ストロークセンサを変位自在を設け、各ストロークセン
    サをシリンダに着脱自在に設けられる保持部材によって
    保持させるようにしたことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ
    のストロークセンサ取付構造。
  2. （２）保持部材がストロークセンサを上部から押圧する
    押さえ板であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の流体圧シリンダのストロークセンサ取付
    構造。
  3. （３）　　保持部材が凹溝内に架設した蝶棒に螺合し、
    かつ凹溝内に軸方向摺動する取付板であることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流体圧シリン
    ダのストロークセンサ取付構造。
  4. （４）保持部材が凹溝内において回動されるカムである
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    流体圧シリンダのストロークセンサ取付構造。
  5. （５）保持部材が２つの凹溝によって挟まれるレールで
    ブロックにガイドされるスライド板であることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流体圧シリン
    ダのストロークセンサ取付構造。
