イリスタレオナード装置において、前記サイリスクコン
バータの一方を短絡しかつ短絡を解放するコンタクタを
該サイリスクコンバータと並列に設け、1つのサイリス
コンバータでの運転と2つのサイリスコンバータによる
非対称運転を選択し、速度に応じ力率の良い方を選択し
て運転することを特徴とする非対称制御サイリスター
