In the conventional wire electrical discharge machine, the electrode wire is wound from the supply reel onto the take-up roller through the brake drum for tension setting, the guide roller, the upper and lower heads, the motor-driven wind-up roller, etc., and during this time the above-mentioned upper and lower A configuration is adopted in which electrical discharge machining progresses between the electrode wire running between the lower heads and the workpiece on the XXY direction moving table. The apparatus is provided with upper and lower wire guide devices equipped with upper and lower wire guides and a machining fluid supply nozzle in order to cause the electrode wire to run straight in close proximity to the workpiece material. In particular, the machining fluid supply nozzle, which is installed for the purpose of cooling the electrode wire and removing machining debris, is installed very close to the workpiece material as the electrical discharge machining speed tends to increase in recent years, and the machining fluid is ejected at a relatively high pressure. For example, a configuration is adopted in which the pressure is maintained at a high pressure value of 5 atmospheres or more. However, since an extremely thin conductive wire is used for the electrode wire, it is inevitable that the electrode wire will break in the electrical discharge machining section, and when such a break occurs, the electrical connection wire must be re-inserted through the wire guide. Repair work is required to repair. Therefore, there is a need to simplify the careful repair work of inserting such thin wire-shaped electrode wires into the upper and lower wire guides, and to be able to quickly restart the electrical discharge machining work upon completion of the repair work.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to meet the above-mentioned demands, an object of the present invention is to retract the machining liquid nozzle, which is provided close to the workpiece material, to a certain retracted position for repair work when repairing the electrode wire, and to move the electrode wire to the wire guide. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wire guide device having a receptacle and shape structure that allows the machining fluid supply nozzle to be returned to a certain optimal machining position close to the workpiece material when the wire guide device is inserted and the repair is completed. .

That is, according to the present invention, in a wire-cut electrical discharge machine that performs electrical discharge machining of a workpiece material using an electrode wire running between upper and lower wire guide devices, a wire guide main body through which the electrode wire is inserted; A machining fluid supply nozzle is formed by attaching a machining fluid ejection pipe to the tip of a multistage container-shaped outer cylinder attached around the wire guide main body, and the multistage container and the inside of the shape external cylinder are pressurized. A wire guide device for a wire-cut electrical discharge machine is provided, which is characterized in that it pumps liquid. According to this configuration, when a breakage of the electrode wire occurs in the electrical discharge machining section, the multi-stage insert-shaped outer tube is folded up and the upright guide tube formed in the center of the wire guide body is moved outward from the tip of the machining fluid supply nozzle. If the electrode wire 7 is protruded from the wire guide body, the repair work can be simplified because the electrode wire 7 can be easily removed from the wire guide body, and when the repair is completed, the electrical discharge machining work can be resumed by simply extending the multi-stage telescopic outer cylinder again. It is possible. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal sectional view of a wire guide device according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which the device 4o includes a wire guide body 44 fixed to the center of a pedestal 42, and a wire guide body 440 that can be broken. The wire guide main body 44 is completely equipped with a machining fluid supply nozzle 46 fixed to the pedestal 42 using fixing means such as screws. 48, a pore-shaped guide hole 50 through which the electrode wire 22 is inserted is formed in the guide tube 48, and a gemstone die 52 is buried near the tip of the guide hole 50.
It forms a die guide for the f-wire 22. Needless to say, as shown in the figure, a hole is formed in the base 42 through which the wire communicates with the guide hole 50 of the id main body 44. A water channel hole 54 for introducing machining fluid from the outside is also formed in the wire side body 44 and the pedestal 42, and the machining fluid introduced from the outside under a desired pressure flows through the water channel hole 5.
4 into the inner chamber 56 of the machining fluid supply nozzle 46, and then jetted out from the central nozzle 60 of the machining fluid spouting pipe 58. The machining fluid spouting pipe 58 is used for the workpiece W (Fig. 1) during electrical discharge machining.
The pressurized machining fluid is ejected from the center nozzle 60 to the electrical discharge machining section.
The machining fluid spouting pipe 58 is made of an insulating material such as a plastic material so as not to adversely affect the electrical discharge machining action between the workpiece W and the machining fluid supply nozzle 46.

On the other hand, as clearly shown in FIG. 2, the outer cylinder 62 is formed in the shape of a plurality of tiered telescopic members, and thus has a structure that can be freely folded or stretched. During electrical discharge machining, the pressurized machining fluid flows out from the channel hole 54 of the wire guide body 44 into the chamber 56, and the outer cylinder 62 maintains its maximum elongated state because it receives the pressure. When a break in the electrode wire 22 occurs during electrical discharge machining, the machining fluid supply is stopped and the telescope-shaped outer cylinder 62 is folded up so that the upright guide tube 48 of the wire guide 44 can be moved to the third position. As shown in the figure, the machining fluid jet pipe 5
Since the electrode wire 22 is in a state of protruding outward from the central nozzle 60 of the electrode 8, the repair work of inserting the electrode wire 22 into the fine-shaped guide hole 50 again can be performed simply and easily. Of course, the length of the upright guide tube 48 and the amount of expansion and contraction of the outer cylinder 62 may be selected and designed in advance so as to obtain the above-mentioned protruding state.

After the repair of the electrode wire 22 is completed, by restarting the pressurized supply of machining fluid, the outer cylinder 62 is expanded again and the gap between the workpiece W and the tip of the machining fluid spouting pipe 58 is kept constant. Since it returns to its position, it is possible to immediately begin the electrical discharge machining operation. The pedestal 42 is used to attach the wire guide device 40 of the present invention to the upper and lower heads 36 or 18 shown in FIG. 1 to form the upper wire guide device 38 or the lower wire guide device 20.
