排出方向の変化を示す正面図、第５図は調理物の良好な
焼きあがりを示す平面図、第６図はこの考案の他の実施
例を示す正面図、第７図および第１１図は従来の調理器
を示し、第７図は調理器の側断面図、第８図は調理室内
における熱風の排出状態を示す正面図、第９図はファン
を駆動するモーターを示す回路図、第１０図はそのファ
ンにて排出される熱風の状態を示す正面図、第１１図は
そのモーターを使って加熱調理したとき調理物に生じる

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. モーターで駆動されるファンおよび加熱ヒーターを収容
    した熱源室を調理室の外側部に設けるとともに、調理室
    と熱源室とを仕切る調理室の壁部に吸気口および排気口
    を設け、調理室内に吸気口、排気口を通じて熱風を循環
    させて加熱調理するようにした調理器において、上記フ
    ァンを駆動するモーターを正逆転可能なモーターとし、
    このモーターに、加熱調理中、ファンの回転方向を適時
    、正逆方向に切換える切換手段を設けたことを特徴とす
    る調理器。
