    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 赤外線センサを用いて被調理食品の温度を検知する赤外
    線センサ付調理器において、前記赤外線センサが内蔵さ
    れたセンサユニットに設けられ、そのセンサユニットが
    一定温度以上になると作動する温度過昇防止装置と、こ
    の温度過昇防止装置の作動によって通電が遮断される制
    御回路とを具備したことを特徴とする赤外線センサ付調
    理器。
