Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevnt the incomplete burning and improve the safety by a method wherein an exhaust fan is provided at the heat exchanger downstream side of an instantaneous water heater, a pressure sensor is provided to detect the pressure at the further downstream side of the exhaust fan, the function of a heat generating part is designed to be stopped when the pressure exceeds a preset pressure level. CONSTITUTION:A fan 12 is provided at the downstream side of a heat exchanger 11, a pressure sensor 14 is provided between the fan 12 and an exhaust cylinder 13. The function of a burning part is stopped by the pressure sensor when the pressure exceeds a preset pressure level. For instance, when the preset pressure is 10mm.H2O, the burning is stopped in case that a parameter CO/CO2 is less than 0.02, accordingly, the incomplete burning can be prevented.

However, in the forced exhaust type gas instantaneous water heater shown in Figure 1, if the exhaust pipe 9 is partially blocked by something, or if a certain type of wind F is applied for a long period of time. In this case, the exhaust capacity of the exhaust fan decreases and sufficient exhaust cannot be achieved, resulting in incomplete combustion.

From Figure 2, when the pressure at the tip of the exhaust stack is approximately 13 mmH20, the value of the barometer Co, /CO2, which indicates combustibility, is INS.
It can be seen that the standard value is about 0.02.

Therefore, even in a combustor that forcibly exhausts exhaust gas with a fan, if the exhaust pipe is partially blocked by something or a certain amount of wind pressure is applied for a long time, the exhaust fan's exhaust gas Purpose of the Invention The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and has a function to stop combustion before incomplete combustion occurs when the exhaust capacity decreases for some reason. The aim is to create a highly safe instantaneous water heater.

Number of channels of the invention In order to achieve the above object, the instantaneous water heater of the present invention includes an exhaust fan downstream of the heat exchanger, a pressure sensor downstream of the exhaust fan, and a pressure sensor installed downstream of the exhaust fan to detect the pressure. In this case, the number of grooves is such that the function of the heat generating section is stopped, which has the effect of preventing incomplete combustion and increasing safety.

In FIG. 3, a fan 12 is provided downstream of the heat exchanger 11, and a pressure sensor 14 is provided between the fan 12 and the exhaust pipe 13. This pressure saw sensor stops the combustion part function when the pressure exceeds a certain level. In this example, if the set pressure is 10 mm H20, combustion will stop when the parameter CO/C2, which indicates combustibility, is 0.02 or less, as can be seen from FIG. 2, and incomplete combustion can be prevented.
