Claims (9)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）直方体形状のバッキングケースにおける天面部を
    囲む４本の稜線のうち３本の稜線部に開封用切れ目が設
    けられていることを特徴とするバッキングケース。
  2. （２）　　バッキングケースが、１枚の板状体を折込組
    立てることにより形成されており、該板状体は、天面部
    、第１の側面図、底面部及び第２の側面部を折込み線を
    介して順次直列に連設し、それら上縁及び下縁にそれぞ
    れ折込み線を介してフラップを連設し、且つ天面部又は
    第２の側面部の側縁に折込み線を介して胴貼り部を連設
    した形状からなり、上記上縁に連設した４枚のフラップ
    により第３の側面部を、また上記下縁に連設した４枚の
    フラップにより第４の側面部をそれぞれ形成するように
    なしである実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載のバ
    ッキングケース。
  3. （３）胴貼り部が第２の側面部の側縁に連設してあり、
    開封用切れ目が、第２の側面部と胴貼り部の連設部、天
    面部と該天面部の上縁及び下縁に連設した２つのフラッ
    プとの連設部にそれぞれ形成されている、実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第（２）項記載のバッキングケース。
  4. （４）胴貼り部が天面部の側縁に連設しそあり、開封用
    切れ目が、天面部と胴貼り部の連設部、天面部と該天面
    部の上縁及び下縁に連設した２つのフラップとの連設部
    にそれぞれ形成されている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    （２）項記載のバッキングケース。
  5. （５）第２の側面部に、胴貼り部との間の折込み線に接
    して指押込部形成用切れ目が設けである、実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第（３）項記載のバッキングケース。□
  6. （６）第２の側面部及び胴貼り部に、第２の側面部の側
    縁、及び胴貼り部と天面部との間の折込み線に接してそ
    れぞれ互いに連通ずる指押込部形成用切れ目が設けであ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第（４）項記載のバッキング
    ケース。
  7. （７）指押込部形成用切れ目が、底面部の方向に向けて
    設けた一対の切込又はミシン目からなる、実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第（５）又は（６）項記載のバッキングケー
    ス。
  8. （８）開封用切れ目がミシン目である、実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第（１）〜（７）項記載の何れかに記載のバッ
    キングケース。
  9. （９）ミシン目が互いに平行でなく且つ互いに連続して
    いない一対の線分の組合せの連続体である、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第（８）項記載のバッキングケース。 ００　　指押込部形成用切れ目が、一対の切込又はミシ
    ン目により略平行、略ハの字あるいは略逆ハの字に設け
    られている、実用新案登録請求の範囲第（５）〜（７）
    項の何れかに記載のバッキングケース。
