Further, as shown in FIG. 18, the roller plate (40) at the lower end of the composite league (19) is raised forward and locked. Knock down the composite league (19), move the movable base (32) to the lower end side, take an appropriate angle, and advance until the lower end receiving roller (54) contacts the utility pole (A''). After loading the utility pole (A) in the manner described above, it is preferable to position the movable base (32) at the lower end of the utility pole (A) in front of the pole. In this case, adjustments will be made after arriving at the pole erection site. FIG. 21 is an explanatory diagram showing that the league leg (39) can be used for unloading a utility pole (A) from a trunk or for transporting a short distance in addition to the above-mentioned uses.

Next is the pole construction, but first is the all-concrete utility pole (A).
I will talk about the erection of pillars. The utility pole (A) is transported to the pole erected location in the state shown by the imaginary line in Figure 22, and upon arrival, the outriggers (17) are stretched and grounded, and the stabilizing auxiliary legs (85) are attached to the front of the vehicle body frame (1). It is attached by inserting and connecting the insertion end (85a) provided at one end into the insertion hole provided in the vehicle body frame (1). Note that (85b) is a wheel attached to the rear end of the stabilizing auxiliary leg (85). When erecting the pole, first drive the loading winch (14) to move the utility pole (A) on the composite lead duct 19), align the lower end with the lower end of the league (19), and at that position attach the pole erecting wire rope (86). ) to connect the hanging bracket (75) and the moving base (32), and attach the winch (

The base concrete column (A-1) was erected according to the above procedure, and after temporary burial, the intermediate steel pipe (A-2) was installed with a composite leak (1
9) to stand upright and tie it to the base concrete pillar (A-1) as shown. Next, fix the auxiliary bracket for pole erection +-<92) on the movable base (32), set the auxiliary pole for pole erection (93), and raise the movable base (32) to the top end. Lift the upper steel pipe (A-3) from the supporting pillar (93) with the loading switch (95), fit it into the intermediate steel pipe (A-3),
> (A-3) is a single piece. Next is the moving base (32)
Lower it to the lowest level, turn the bolt into the hole for the scaffold above the middle 1l-17 (A-2), and position it slightly above. The auxiliary pillar (93) is connected with wire lobes so as to hang from the holes in the arms on both sides of the upper end, and a safety heald is loosely hung on the outside. Hold the lower part with both arms of the auxiliary pillar Brakeso I-(92),
Hang the safety bell 1-(96) on the outside. In this posture, the base concrete column (A-1) and the intermediate steel pipe (A-'2) are released, and the movable base (32) gradually rises to reach the upper end. Next, put the composite league (19) slightly behind (2-3
degree), that is, the lower end of the league is slightly raised, and the grounding cylinder of the outrigger (17) is slightly raised.

1) Gently advance to a position where it can fit into the upper end and stop. Stand the composite leader (19) upright and attach the outrigger (1
7), lower the movable base (32), check the match mark, and connect. After joining, each heald and wire rope are uncoupled, the movable base (32) is lowered, the composite leader (19) is lowered onto the vehicle body frame (1,), and the auxiliary column (
93) and Brakeso 1-(92) are removed. In addition, when the upper and lower ends of the utility poles are aligned, and when fitting, one person must use a ladder or the like to visually check and slightly open the poles by hand.
