The present invention relates to an improvement of a centralized vibration prevention device. Conventional centralized vibration prevention devices include a gripping part that grips an overhead wire at one end and a restraining wire (elastic body) at the other end, and weights attached to both sides of the gripped restraining wire. The idea was to absorb the energy of vibrations through the internal friction of the wires, thereby preventing the vibrations of electric wires caused by Karman vortices caused by wind over a wide range of frequencies. length of deterrent line,
Physical constants such as the shape of the dowel and the position of the center of gravity of the vibration isolator are determined from the physical constants of the overhead wire. BACKGROUND ART In recent years, as electric power transportation has become larger in size and the diameter of electric wires has become larger, a vibration prevention device that is heavier is required. However, as the overall weight of the device increases, its natural frequency decreases, making it impossible to prevent relatively high frequency vibrations occurring in heavy electric wires. Therefore, the steel stranded wire that has been used as a deterrent wire is a textbook strand of Qin wire (for example, 7-strand lacquer or 1-strand twisted steel wire).
(e.g. 9-strand twist), but if the weight is large, a highly rigid restraining wire is required. However, the outer diameter of the strands that make up current stranded wires is less than 5 skins, and if the outer diameter of the strands exceeds 5 skins, there are many technical problems in manufacturing the stranded wire, and from a cost perspective. However, the design has to be uneconomical. In view of the above, this invention uses comparatively thin wires twisted together as a restraining wire, and a plurality of these are connected in parallel, or when the restraining wire is twisted by a weight when vibrating. To provide a vibration prevention device 5 using inexpensive and highly rigid restraining wires, which are arranged in parallel with at least a gap so small as to make contact with each other.

As shown in FIGS. IA and IB, the overhead electric wire 1 is held between the grip part 2 and the restraining metal fitting 3, and the holding metal fitting 3 is vertically attached with bolts 4 to fix the grip part 2 to the electric wire 1. At the other end of the grip part 2, for example, a stranded steel wire 2 as shown in FIGS. 2A and 3A is attached.
Attach deterrent wires 5, 5 made of books, and connect these deterrent wires 5,
A wheel weight 6, 6 is fixed to the tip of the wheel 5, respectively. Deterrence line 5,
Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, 1
The restraining wires 5, 5 used in the vibration prevention device for large-sized electric wires are required to have high grip rigidity and bending rigidity. However, in order to deal with this,
As mentioned above, increasing the outer diameter of the strands had many problems in terms of technology and cost. Therefore, in this invention, a plurality of stranded steel wires 7, 7 are used, and in the case shown in FIG. 2A, two 7-strand twisted steel lacquered wires are used, and in FIG.
The books are placed parallel to each other, or when the restraining wires are twisted when vibrating, the restraining wires are arranged parallel to each other with a small gap left so as to be in contact with each other. As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the restraining wire 5 is constructed by connecting two or three 19-strand steel wires in parallel to each other. For example, by combining the above embodiments as the suppression wires 5, 5, for example, 7-strand and 19-strand steel strands with different wire diameters and number of twists are connected in parallel, or for suppression during vibration. If the wires are twisted, they may be laid in parallel, leaving a gap small enough to at least make contact with each other. As described above, in this invention, a plurality of stranded steel wires are connected in parallel to each other as a restraining wire that absorbs a wide range of vibrations, or when the restraining wires are twisted during vibration, they are in mutual contact with each other. By arranging the wires in parallel with a gap of 4 mm, the friction between the wires, the internal stress of the wires, and the friction between the steel and bran are increased, increasing the handling rigidity and bending rigidity, and improving the overall vibration prevention device. It has good absorption energy characteristics and provides an inexpensive deterrent line.

したがってこの発明の振動防止装置は特に大口径架空電
線の振動防止装置に有利となる。
Therefore, the vibration prevention device of the present invention is particularly advantageous as a vibration prevention device for large-diameter overhead wires.
