加熱加圧処理して樹脂化粧板を作製した。その結果、表
面が木目印刷の濃淡部とクレープ紙の配向性のあるシワ
模様や凹凸性が複雑に干渉し合い自然感のある板目調の
樹脂化粧板を得た。

以上のごとく本発明は、従来の木目調樹脂化粧板の製造
に比して画期的なもので、市販のクレープ紙においても
充分な効果を発揮し、よりリアルな木目調を表現する樹
脂化粧板として商品的価値があり、用途分野の拡大が期
待される。そして特に利点とするところは、■樹脂化粧
板の成型時に、鏡面にエンボス板を使用しなくても表面
に凹凸模様が得られ、印刷された木目調をよりリアルに
表現できることである。■クレープ紙の表面のシワ模様
を樹脂板の装飾として使用可能である。■クレープ率を
制御することにより、種々のシワの大きさがコントロー
ル可能であり、木目調表現の程度がコントロール出来る
。■製造コストが安い。
