    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車両の後輪に制動力を加えうるパーキングブレーキ、上
    記車両の停車状態を検出する停車センサ、上記車両の変
    速機がニュートラル状態にあること番検出するニュート
    ラルセンサ、及び上記停車センサが停車状態を検出し且
    つ上記ニュートラルセンサがニュートラル状態を検出し
    た場合に上記パーキングブレーキを動作させて上記後輪
    に制動力を加えるよう構成された駆動装置を備えたこと
    特徴とする車両用パーキングブレーキ装置。
