水平状に配設された環状ドラム、該ドラムの中心を通る

る光電機構、該粉末レベル検出穴位置少ら数ピッチ離れ
た収納室外方に設けられ、前記の検出で粉末レベルが異
常と検出された際の信号により、その異常カプセルが該
収納穴に到達した際排出する鉛、直線上における該ドラ
ムの外周面下部に設けられ、収納穴より落下する良品カ
プセルを受けて排出する排出管とよりなることを特徴と
