って耐火れんが又はキヤスタブル等の耐火物2を本体1
に埋込まれた支持ブラケット6で第3図の如く支持して
内張りし、この内張り耐火物2と煙突本体1との間隙部
3に外気を取入れてコンクリートを空冷するようにして
いる。この外気は煙突本体1の下部及び中間高さ位置の
円周上に穿設された複数個の通気孔4,4・・・から取
入れ、煙突頂部の通気孔4′から外側方に排出している
。しかしながら上記のような煙突は公害防止の観点から
排煙の拡散をよくするため排煙の流速を上げてやる必要
があり、このため第4図に示すように煙突頂部を支持金
物7aに支持された耐火物7で絞ったり、内圧を上げた
りしているので、内張り耐火物2にひび割れが発生する
と、この耐火物2の割れ目から煙が間隙3内に入り、煙
突中間高さ位置の通気孔4から、外に排煙される現象が
生じ、その結果、煙突周辺の住民や樹木に被害を与えて
いる事例が多く発生している。この発明は、上記の問題
点を解消するためになされたものであって、その目的は
排煙のェゼクタ作用により煙突冷却空気を吸引して煙突
頂部内側より排出させることにより冷却効果の向上と耐
火物の割れ目から出る煙害の防止を図ったコンクリート
製煙突を提供しようとするものである。
