の釣村に係子され梯子として利用されるものである。し
かしながら、これを本発明のマンホール等縦穴口の地表
面出入口に設置される蓋としては蓋を直立に保持する錦
村が地表面上方に設置できないため使用できないばかり
か、蓋自体が梯子になるため蓋を直立状態とする時又は
した時において作業員、大きな作業器具が落下して危険
