    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケーシングの軸孔段部内周に嵌着される固定環に対し回
    転軸に従動回転する回転環を密接摺動させてガス等の被
    シール流体をシールするメカニカルシールにおいて、前
    記固定環とケーシングの接触面のいずれか一方または双
    方に樹脂コーティングを施こすとともに、前記回転環を
    、一端を前記一回転軸に固定する金属ベローズの他端に
    係着し、該金属ベローズと回転環の接触面のいずれか一
    方または双方ならびに該金属ベローズと回転軸の接触面
    のいずれか一方または双方にも樹脂コーティングを施こ
    してなることを特徴とするメカニカルシール。
