CONSTITUTION:Coke oven gas 1 produced in a coke oven by dry distillation of coal is purified with a gas purifier 2 to remove impurities, and part of gas is used as fuel 3 and raw material of chemical products 4 such a naphthalene. The residual part of purified coke oven gas is reformed to H2+CO2 with a reformer 5 and part of it is used as raw material of ammonia or urea 6 and the residual part is fed to a fuel cell 7 and electrochemically reacted with oxidizing gas such as oxygen separately supplied to produce electricity 8.
