ード、導体とを形成したものの斜視図、第４図は第３図
に示したものに温度センサを配置しこの温度センサから
第２のリード導体を引出したものの斜視図、第５図は本
考案の温度センサ付防水ヒータを示す斜視図、第６図及
び第７図は本考案の重度センサ付防水ヒータの　　　、

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）可撓性を有する絶縁基体と、前記絶縁基体の表面
    に形成された１対の電極パターンと、前記電極パターン
    を覆うように形成された抵抗発熱体層と、前記抵抗発熱
    体層上または該抵抗発熱体層の近傍に配置された温度セ
    ンサと、前記電極パターン及び抵抗発熱体層が形成され
    た絶縁基体と前記温度センサとの間に挟むように配置さ
    れて周辺部が相互に熱融着された熱封着プラスチックフ
    ィルムとを備えてなる温度センサ付防水ヒータ。
  2. （２）′前記１対の電極パターンは、櫛歯状に形成され
    て両パターンの歯部が互いに入り組むように配置されて
    いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に
    爬載の温度センサ付防水ヒータ。
