Abstract

PURPOSE:To construct a wider catamaran type structure than the width of a dock by fitting one barrel section to the normal position of a deck section, tacking the other barrel section to the inside in aconformity to the dock width, and joining the tacked barrel section on the sea to the normal position after a vessel is launched. CONSTITUTION:A deck section 6 and one barrel section 1a are fit to the normal position in a dock 2 and the other barrel section 1b is tacked in conformity to the dock width while it is being shifted inside from the normal fitting position against the dock section 6. The barrel section 1b is fit and joined to the normal position on the sea after a vassel is launched while the deck section 6 is being supported by a barge 7. As a result, a large catamaran type structure exceeding possessed dock facilities can be constructed.

[Structure of the Invention] A method for constructing a twin-hulled structure according to the present invention is to position the buoyant twin-hulled portions of the structure in a dock with a narrowing spacing between them in accordance with the width of the dock. When placing a deck or platform on two bodies, one body and the deck or platform are assembled in their normal positions, and the other body is placed inside the normal position relative to the deck or platform. The building is constructed in a dock by temporarily attaching it in a shifted position, and then floated as it is in the dock and delivered to the dock. The deck or platform part is supported at sea using a barge, etc., and then the above-mentioned The other body, which has been temporarily attached by shifting it inward from the normal position, is moved to the normal position and permanently attached to construct a twin-body structure.

[Example] Example 1 Figures 1 to 3 show an example of the present invention.
When constructing a twin-hulled structure larger than the width of the dock in a dock, first, as shown in Figure 1, one of the twin-hulled sections 1a and 1b with floating saws is properly installed. The body parts 1a and 1b with the narrowed facing distance are placed on the stand 3 which is set inside the dock 2 by shifting it inward from the position so that the facing distance matches the width of the dock 2. next,
A beam 4 incorporating temporary planting 5 in the middle of the above-mentioned body parts 1a and 1b
In addition, the body part 1 is connected to increase the strength.
A deck section or platform section 6 having a width wider than the dock width is placed over a and 1b, and the deck section or platform section 6 and the trunk section 1a are fixed in their normal positions. The portion 1b is temporarily attached at a position shifted inward from the normal position.

Next, the dock 2 is filled with water and the buoyancy of the twin hulls 1a and 1b allows it to leave the dock, and another barge 7 is placed between the twin hulls at sea.
The deck section or platform section 6 is supported by the barge 1, and then, as shown in FIG. 2, the barge 1 is used as a working platform to remove the wooden bridge 5 and disconnect it from the trunk sections 1a and 1b.

Next, either the trunk 1b and the deck or platform 6 are temporarily unattached and the trunk 1b is slightly sunk by adjusting the buoyancy, or the deck 6 is lifted up by the barge 7. A gap δ is created between the body part 1b and the body part 1b so that the body part 1b can move freely. The upper end of the part 1b and the deck part 6 are brought into contact again and the book attachment is performed. After that,
The regular beam 8 is inserted and attached to the temporary crosspiece section removed from between the beams 4 of the body parts 1a and 1b on both sides, and the construction is completed. 9 is a roller attached to the upper end of the barge 7. Note that rollers are not required if only the deck part is to be lifted.

Embodiment 2 FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the trunk 1 on the moving side is moved at sea after the work in the dock is completed and the vessel is discharged from the dock.
A barge 10 with rollers 9 is positioned on the outside of the barge 10, and the deck section 6 is supported by the rollers of the barge 10. With the deck section 6 floating on the barge 10, the body section 1b is properly aligned with the barge 10. 1 to the mounting position, and then
The deck section 6 and the deck section 6 are attached together and constructed. At this time, the barge 10 may be fixed to the body 1b or may be separated.

Embodiment 3 -〇- Fig. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the method of moving the trunk 1b on the sea is further changed as in the case of Fig. Jacket 1 is placed on the body 1b on the J side.
2 and rollers 13 is placed on it, and the jack 12 is placed on it.
, lift the deck part 6 a little above the upper end of the body part 1b, and in this state, move the body part 1b to the proper mounting position while transferring the rollers 13. Next, shorten the jacks 12 and move the deck part 6 to the body part 1b. After placing it on the top end, attach the book and construct it.
