部材と、一端開口の内周全周にストッパーを設けると共
に他端外周にネジを刻設した円筒体より成り、上記第１
の内側軸受部材のストッパ一段部に上記ストッパーが当
接するように上記第１、第２の内側軸受部材に回転可能
に被挿された第１の外側軸受部材と、一端部開口の内周
にネジを刻設された円筒体より成り、上記第２の光フア
イバーケーブルに被挿されて上記ネジを以って上記第１
の外側軸受部材のネジに螺締される第２の外側軸受部材
とから構成され、該第２の外側軸受部材には上記第２の
