ンサクロックによってイメージセンサを駆動してマスク
のエツジから被検出物体のエツジまでの長さを表す測定
信号を生成する検出回路からなる検出部と、検出部に長
尺の信号線によって結合され、検出部から信号線を通し
て送られて来た測定信号を計数クロックによってカウン
トして被検出物体のエツジの位置を測定する制御部とか
