示板において、前記蛍光体の上面および周辺全体上に１
〜１０μ厚の酸化マグネシウム層をもうけ、かつ前記蛍
光体をもうけた側の電極が透明電極で他方の前記誘電体
層下にある電極が反射電極であることを特徴とするガス
