正する装置において、 °(a)テーブルと主軸とを相対的に移動し、かつ、こ
れらの移動量を機械原点からの位置を表す座標情報とし
て検出するXY4dl移動制御手段と、(b)  上記
xYz@I!移動制御手段にて検出される座標情報を逐
次記憶する一時記憶手段と、 (c)  主軸に装着されたプローブとワークとの接触
、および、主軸に装着された工具と基準ブロックとの接
触を検出し、接触信号を出力する加工基準面検出手段と
、 (d)  上記一時記憶手段にて該接触信号入力時に記
憶しているプローブの座標情報と、予め記憶している工
具の形状、寸法等の基準データとから機械原点に対する
ワーク加工基準点の補正値を算出し、また、上記一時記
憶手段にて上記接触信号入力時に記憶している工具の座
標情報と、これより先に記憶しである基準ブロックの位
置に関する座標情報とから当該工具についての基準デー
タの修正値を算出する演出する演算手段と、 (e)  上記工具の形状、寸法等の基準データを記憶
すると共に、上記算出された補正値および修正値を記憶
する記憶手段と、 (f)  上記記憶手段に上記工具の形状、寸法等の基
準データを入力すると共に、ワーク計測か、工具計測か
を選択する入力手段と、 (gl  上記テーブルおよび主軸をxyze方向に手
動移動させる移動信号を出力する操作手段、とを備えて
構成されることを特徴とするNC工作機械の加工基準点
