Claims (1)
検出信号を出力するとともに前記基本周波数を所定倍し
た周波数のサンプリングパルスを出力するレート設定部
と、前記検出信号により前記基本周波数に応じて遮断周
波数が変更され前記入力信号の基本波および所定次数以
下の各高調波のみを通過させるフィルターと、該フィル
ターを介して入力される前記基本波および前記各高調波
をそれぞれサンプリングしてデジタルデータ信号を出力
するサンプリング回路と、前記各デジタルデータ信号を
フーリエ級数の展開式により展開して前記基本波に対す
る前記各高調波の含有率および位相差を演算する演算部
