Intravenous injection is the most frequently used method of administering medicines, test drugs, etc. directly into the human body, and is usually administered into the extremities of the human body (particularly the arms). The aim is to ensure that the injection needle punctures the venous blood vessel through a so-called hemostasis operation in which the venous flow is stopped by applying pressure, and the venous blood vessel bulges toward the surface of the human body due to an increase in blood pressure.

Conventionally, this hemostasis operation has been carried out using a hemostatic band C, which consists of a stopper of an appropriate mechanism fixed to one end of a rubber tube a, as shown in FIG. 4, and the stopper is held with one hand. While holding the rubber tube, the other end of the rubber tube a is strongly pulled with the other hand, wrapped around the patient's arm, and then clamped to the stopper, but this is troublesome and time-consuming because the operator's both hands are occupied. However, the operation may fail due to the movement of the patient's arm during the operation, and on the other hand, due to the frictional resistance of the rubber tube a, the epidermis of the arm may get caught in the stopper along with the rubber tube a, causing severe pain to the patient. Therefore, it requires skill to operate, and when the other end of the rubber tube a is removed from the stopper after injection to release the hemostasis, the rapid contraction of the rubber tube a makes a shocking sound, causing a sense of fear to the patient. It had the following drawbacks.

In addition, as an even simpler hemostasis operation, a widely used method is to simply wrap a rubber tube around the patient's arm while strongly pulling it, and then fasten both ends of the rubber tube to each other using a specific fastening method that makes it easy to release. The hemostatic band is not suitable for this method because it is cumbersome as the operator's hands are occupied, the epidermis of the patient's arm is likely to get caught in the fastened part of the rubber tube, and impact noise cannot be avoided when the rubber tube fastened part is released. There was no significant difference from that using C.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has been developed by forming a rectangular plane surface on the main body, and parallel to the longitudinal direction of the main body at a predetermined interval.
A pair of abutments are erected, and on the top surfaces of the pair of abutments, mounting surfaces curved downward into a substantially semicircular shape are formed correspondingly across the longitudinal direction, and one of the abutments is A protrusion for locking one end of the rubber tube is formed on the top of one side of the mounting surface, protruding toward the valley between the pair of stand-up stands, and a protrusion extending in the longitudinal direction on the outside of the side wall of the main body below the protrusion. By providing a hemostasis operating table having a rotatably supported crimping part having an elliptical cross-section and a crimping wall facing the crimping part at a predetermined interval in the lateral direction of the crimping part, the crimping part is formed with a crimping part that is rotatably supported. In order to solve the problem, one embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. 1 is the main body of the hemostasis operation table according to the present invention, and the main body 1 is used for hospital beds, tables, etc. as described later. A base leg or the like is formed in a shape that can be placed on a predetermined plane, for example, as shown in the figure, the bottom surface is flat, and on the main body 1, a pair of supports 2.3 are provided parallel to the longitudinal direction of the main body 1 at a predetermined interval. Next, to stop the bleeding, place the patient's arm E or leg on the support 2,
3 on the mounting surfaces 6, 6', and then the rubber tube A
Grasp the other end and wrap it around the arm E while pulling it strongly, pass the tip of the rubber tube A between the protrusion 9 and the top 8, and insert it between the casings 12 and 13. When the hand gripping the tip of A is released, the rubber tube A slides upward between the casings 12 and 13 due to the contraction force, as shown in Fig. 3, and as a result, the crimped tube A slides into contact with the rubber tube A. The portion 15 rotates around the shaft 14 due to frictional resistance, and the bulging portion 16 of the crimping portion 15 rotates upward to press the rubber tube A between the tip of the bulging portion 16 and the crimping wall 17 to stop bleeding. It completes the operation.

Furthermore, in the operation of inserting the rubber tube A between the casings 12 and 13, the arm E is held on the mounting surfaces 6 and 6', so even if an unskilled person operates the arm E, the outer skin of the arm E will not touch the rubber tube. There is no risk of it being caught between the cases 12 and 13 together with A.

On the other hand, after the intravenous injection, rubber tube A is wrapped around arm E.
When removing it, pull the tip of the rubber tube A inserted between the casings 12 and 13 slightly downward, and the bulging part 16 of the crimping part 15 will rotate downward and the rubber tube A will be released from the crimped state. Therefore, attach the tip of the rubber tube A to the housing 12.
If the wrapping around the rear arm E, which has been extended outward from the 13th interval, is gently released, there is no possibility that the impact noise will cause fear to the patient.

In short, the present invention has a main body 1 formed into a substantially rectangular plane.
A pair of supports 2 and 3 are erected on top of the main body 1 at a predetermined interval and parallel to the longitudinal direction of the main body 1, and the top surfaces of the pairs of supports 2 and 3 are curved downward in a substantially semicircular shape. The mounting surfaces 6 and 6' are respectively formed in correspondence with each other in the longitudinal direction, and on the top of one side of the mounting surface 6 of the support base 2, a protrusion 9 for locking one end of the rubber tube A is provided. A crimp portion 15 with an elliptical cross section is provided on the outside of the side wall surface of the main body 1 below the protruding piece 9 and is rotatably supported in the longitudinal direction. Since the crimping part 11 is formed of the crimping wall 17 facing the crimping part 15 at a predetermined distance in the force direction of the short side, the tightening strength can be freely adjusted by crimping the rubber tube A at any part. , hemostasis operation, that is, wrapping operation of rubber tube A;
Closing the crimping part 11, pulling the rubber tube A further to tighten it, and releasing the rubber tube A can all be done with one touch with one hand, and the patient holds the arm E in the air during the operation. Not only is it unnecessary and comfortable, but it also reduces arm E.
There is no risk of failure in hemostasis due to the movement of the arm, and in the case of intravenous infusion, it can be used as a fixing base for arm E, and since there is no risk of getting the epidermis of arm E involved, even an inexperienced person can operate it safely, and release hemostasis. It has great practical effects, such as being able to prevent the generation of impact noises due to rapid contraction of the rubber tube during operation, and therefore not causing fear to the patient.
