    を封入してなる光半導体装置において、 前記ステムの中央部に階段状の突起部を設け、上段の突
    起部に光半導体素子を固着するとともに、下段の突起部
    に透光性部材を有するキャップを固着したことを特徴と
    する光半導体装置。
