Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a fluorine-based lubricant contg. a specified compd. as effective ingredient and having excellent lubricating property and durable adhesive power to the surface to be lubricated. CONSTITUTION:The fluorine-based lubricant contains a compd. of formula I as effective ingredient (where R1 is straight chain or branched polyfluoroalkyl; X is -CnH2n-, -CHONRCnH2n-, SO2NRCnH2n- or formula II; n is 1-10; R is 1-6C alkyl or H; Y is -CmH2m-, -(C2H4O)m-, -(C3H6O)m-, -(C3H6O)m C2H4-, etc.; m is 1- 20). The compd. is dispersed in water or dispersed or dissolved in org. solvent and is applied by spraying or brushing to the surface of an object, or the object may by dipped in the dispersion or soln. 燥し、付着せしめることにより物品表向に潤滑性を付与
するものである。本発明のフッ素系潤滑剤は、潤滑性が
優れるばかりでなく、物品表面での付着力が高く、化学
的に安定で腐食性がない等の利点も有している。

同志のブロッキングが起りにくい等の利点がある。特に
ビデオテープにおいては、磁気ヘッドと磁気テープとの
相対速度が録音テープ等に比べ10倍前後速いことや、
静止画像の再生時には低速接触時の大きな摩擦係数のた
めに摩耗しやすくなるため、本発明の潤滑性及び耐久性
の優れた潤滑材は有効である。コバルトやニッケル尋の
蒸着テープにおいてはその表面に塗布し、χ−F820
gやOrO□等の磁性粉末をポリウレタン、ポリエステ
ル、酢酸ビニル共重合体等のバインダー樹脂中に分散さ
せた磁性塗料により磁性層を形成させたテープにおいて
は、その塗料中に又、保護層を有するテープにおいては
その保護層中に本発明の潤滑剤を分散させればよい。磁
気塗料中の潤滑剤は磁性粉末の分散性改良にも役立ち得
る。

摩擦係数を測定し、飼滑・性を評価した。さらに学振型
摩耗試験機で100回摩耗した後、再度同様の測定装置
で摩擦係数を測定し、潤滑性及び耐久性を評価した。そ
の結果を第1表に示す。
