CONSTITUTION:A casing 1 is provided with a reloadable EEPROM3 to store abstract information related to information recorded in a magnetic tape 2 and information concerning its information reproduction operation. 報記録媒体との対応がとり難い為、結局上述した情報検
索等を効率良く行うことができないと云う問題があった

媒体から前記テープ上の情報記録媒体に記録された情報
の抄録情報を得たり、あるいはその情報の再生動作に関
する情報を得るようにしたものである。

具合を効果的に解消することができる。

情報記録再生装置に装着され、同装置により前記磁気テ
ープ2を所定の速度で走行駆動されながら情報の記録再
生に供せられるものである。しかして上記ケーシング1
には上記磁気テープ2に記録された情報に関する抄録情
報やその情報再生動作に関する情報を記憶する為の書き
変え可能な不揮発性情報記録媒体、例えば半導体からな
るEEPROM3が設けられている。このEEPROM
3は、第2図に示すように該情報記録媒体装置を情報記
録再生装置4に装着したとき、その接点3aを介して上
記情報記録再生装置4に電気的に接続され、電源供給を
受けて作動して情報の書込み、あるいは書込み情報の再
生を行うものである。情報記録再生装置4は、これに装
着された情報記録媒体装置の前記磁気テープ2を所定の
走行速度で走行駆動する駆動系11、この走行駆動され
る磁気テープ2に対して磁気ヘッド12を介して情報の
記録再生を行う装置本体13、前記接点3aを介してE
EPROM3に駆動電源を供給する電源部14、入力部
15を介して入力された情報を前記接点3aを介して前
記EEPROM3に書き込む書込み回路16、そして前
記EEFROM3に記録された情報を前記接点3aを介
して読み出し、これを表示部17にて表示させる読出し
回路18等を備えて構成される。尚、上記読出し回路1
8を介して前記EEPROM3から読出された情報の内
、情報再生動作に関する情報は前記駆動系11および装
置本体13の制御系(図示せず)に与えられる。
