有する基準電圧信号とを入力とする第2のコンパレータ
と、前記第1のコンパレータおよび第2のコンパレータ
の二出力のうちいずれか低電位信号を与える優先回路と
を設け、該優先回路出力を故障検出信号として発生する
ようにしたことを特徴とす    −る回転整流器の故
