Conventional structure and its problems In general, the washing method of a dishwasher sucks washing water through the drain hole at the bottom of the washing tank, and sprays it through a nozzle.
This is a method of circulating cleaning water. On the other hand, the pressure switch is programmed to detect the water level in the cleaning tank, and when it reaches the reset state, it stops the cleaning pump, drives the water supply valve, and replenishes the water. If you operate the cleaning pump when the drain hole is clogged with leftover food, it will be difficult to suck water through the drain hole.
The pressure switch connected to the drain hole resets and water is supplied. However, since the wash pump stops while water is being supplied, the pressure switch trips immediately, stopping the water supply and turning the wash pump.

As described above, if the drainage hole becomes blocked for some reason, a so-called "breathing phenomenon" occurs in which water supply and cleaning are repeated alternately.

Conventional dishwashers are operated by a program that combines a built-in timer and a group of cam switches.
Even when this "breathing phenomenon" or abnormal operation occurs, it cannot be detected and the program continues to operate normally. As a result, the dishes are not washed sufficiently.
Otherwise, the washing tank had the disadvantage of overflowing.Object of the Invention The present invention solves the above-mentioned disadvantages of the conventional technology. The present invention detects a breathing phenomenon and stops the operation according to the normal program when this occurs. However, the object of the present invention is to provide a dishwasher which notifies this abnormal state by a buzzer.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an embodiment of the present invention. 1 is a pressure switch that detects the water level in the cleaning tank. Reference numeral 2 denotes a storage means which inputs the output of the pressure switch 1 and stores this water level data. Reference numeral 3 denotes an abnormality determining means, which determines from the data in the storage means 2 whether there is an abnormal state. Reference numeral 4 denotes a control means which receives the outputs of the pressure switch 1 and the abnormality determination means 3 as input, and normally drives the cleaning pump 5 when the pressure switch 1 is in a trip state and drives the water supply valve 6 when the pressure switch 1 is in a reset state. If it is determined that there is an abnormality by the means 3, the operation of the cleaning pump 6 and the water supply valve 6 is stopped, the buzzer is sounded,
This is to notify that there is an abnormal state.

The operation of this embodiment will be explained. FIG. 3 shows the main part of a flowchart under the control of the microcomputer 11. When the program enters the cleaning process, the microcomputer 11 drives the cleaning pump 6 in step 12. Next, in step 13, the cleaning operation is continued until the cleaning process is completed.

On the other hand, in step 14, the microcomputer 11 determines whether the pressure switch 1 has been reset during this cleaning, and if it has been reset, in step 15, the microcomputer 11 opens the water supply valve,

As a result of this operation, the water level eventually rises, so in step 16 the microcomputer 11 determines whether the pressure switch 1 has tripped. If it trips, it means that one trip has passed since the reset, and this number of trips is stored in step 17. Next, in step 18, if the predetermined number of times is not reached, the process returns to the normal cleaning process.

If the number of times exceeds a certain value, the microcomputer 11 determines that a breathing phenomenon has occurred, stops the operation of the water supply valve 6 and the cleaning pump 6 in step 19, and sounds a buzzer to notify an abnormality in step 20. . That is, the microcomputer 11 is made to store the number of times the pressure switch 1 has tripped since the reset, that is, the number of respirations, and if this number is greater than or equal to the number at which it can be determined that a breathing phenomenon has indeed occurred, the operation is immediately stopped and an abnormality alarm is issued. It is something that makes you do.
