    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 送光用光ファイバと受光用光ファイバを含み、該送光用
    光ファイバから光を照射し分光分析すべき測定光を該受
    光用光ファイバで受けるよう構成されたファイバプロー
    ブにおいて、該送光用光ファイバと受光用光ファイバと
    が少くともそれぞれの先端部分において互いに独立した
    光ファイバ束として構成され、互いに同軸に対向するよ
    う配置された該独立した光ファイバ束のそれぞれの先端
    面にはさまれて分光分析すべき溶液が内部を通過する透
    明セルが設けられたことを特徴とするファイバプローブ
    。
