プリント基板用接着層、７・・・オーバーレイフィルム

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 紙又はプラスチックフィルム２の外表面にシリコン樹脂
    層１が、内表面にアクリル樹脂系接着層３が設けられた
    離型用シート４を、所定の切欠部を有するプラスチック
    フィルム５の内表面にプリント基板用接着層６が設けら
    れたオーバーレイフィルム７に、前記離型用シート４の
    アクリル樹脂系接着層２がプラスチックフィルム５の外
    表面に接するようにして接着されていることを特徴とす
    るプリント回路用の離型用シートを付したオーバーレイ
    フィルム。
