第１図は冷凍系に使用するための本考案のパージ装置の
概略図、第２図はパージ装置の変型実施例の概略図であ
る。 図中、３２は主パージ室（第１パージ室）、３４は第２
凝縮用コイル、３６は第１凝縮用コイル、４０はフロー
ト弁、４２は導管、４８は差圧弁、５０はポンプ、５２
は導管、５４は副パージ室（第２パージ室）、６０は導
管、６２は圧力スイッチ、６４は排出用ソレノイド弁、
６６はドレン用ソレノイド弁、７２は導管、８２はオリ
フィス。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）冷凍系から非凝縮性ガスを除去するためのパージ
    装置において、 内部に第１凝縮用コイル３６を有する第１パージ室３２
    と、内部に第２＠縮用コイル３４を有する第２パージ室
    ５４と、前記冷凍系から第１パージ室へ冷媒蒸気および
    非凝縮性ガスを送給するための手段２８．３０と、第１
    パージ室から冷媒蒸気および非凝縮性ガスを第１パージ
    室内より高い圧力で第２パージ室へポンプ送りするため
    のポンプ５０と、第２パージ室から非凝縮性ガスを排出
    するための側御器付排出手段６２．６４．７０とから成
    り、第１パージ室内の圧力の上昇に応答して前記ポンプ
    を始動させ、第１パージ室から冷媒蒸気および非凝縮性
    ガスを所定の高い圧力で第２パージ室へポンプ送りさせ
    るスイッチ４８と、凝縮した冷媒を第２パージ室から第
    １パージ室へ戻すための導管７２と、第１パージ室内の
    圧力が所定限度を越えたときは第２パージ室から第１パ
    ージ室へ前記導管７２を通って流れる流体の流れを自動
    的に制限し、第１パージ室内の圧力が該所定限度より低
    下したときは第２パージ室から第１パージ室へ凝縮した
    冷媒を自動的に戻すための弁６６と、第１パージ室から
    冷凍系へ凝縮冷媒を戻すための制御器付導管４０．４２
    とを備えたことを特徴とするパージ装置。
  2. （２）前記弁６６は、前記第１パージ室内の圧力の変化
    に応答して作動されるソレノイド弁である実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のパージ装置。
  3. （３）前記第１パージ室および第２パージ室にそれぞれ
    配設された第１凝縮コイル３６と第２凝縮コイル３４と
    は、熱伝達流体をまず第２凝縮コイル３４を通し、次い
    て第１凝縮コイル３６を通して通流させる単一回路を形
    成するように接続されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載のパージ装置。　−
