熱電素子の基端をラジエタで支持し、このラジエタの下
方部にそれと対向して遮熱板を設け、また熱電素子の先
端の上方部にそれと対向して集熱板を設け、この集熱板
を上記遮熱板で支持してなるものにおいて、上記集熱板
の少なくとも一端を移動自在に支持したことを特徴とす
