Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上下端を閉鎖した円筒状の濾過筒の上端部周面に流入口
    を、かつ下端部局面に流出口をそれぞれ前記濾過筒の円
    筒中心に対みて偏心して設け、前記濾過筒内には前記流
    入口より下方の内周面から前記流出口より下方の内周面
    にかけて先細り状をなす円錐筒状のフィルタを設置し、
    前記濾過筒の下端面とポンプにより洗浄液を圧送する吸
    入圧送管周面との間に吐出管を接続し一１前記流入口と
    前記吸入圧送管との間に被洗浄機器を接続し、前記濾過
    筒のフィルタ内に研磨粒を充填してなることを特徴とす
    る流体環流式洗浄装置。
