In order to continuously perform various treatments such as de-sizing, scouring, sealing, weight reduction, and dyeing and resin processing on a long woven or knitted fabric (hereinafter referred to as fabric), the long fabric must be processed continuously. Equipment that can contain liquid and perform wet heat treatment, such as the purple range (
It is well known that the desired processing can be achieved by using a high-pressure steamer, etc. (our product name). However, when a long fabric is passed through the above-mentioned moist heat treatment device, tension is applied in the longitudinal direction of the long fabric, and this tension causes the width dimension of the long fabric to be transferred. In the case of fabrics such as lawn, georgette, etc., ultra-thin fabrics, knitted fabrics, open fabrics, etc., where it is difficult to obtain treated fabrics with the desired dimensional width by shrinking, especially fabrics that tend to stretch, Due to the swelling in the area and the tension in the fabric transport direction,
There was a problem in that the treated cloth was stretched in the length direction, making it impossible to obtain a treated cloth with the desired width. In addition, in the above open knitted fabric, curls occur on both side edges of the open knitted fabric during liquid impregnation treatment and during transfer, and mercerization is performed with this open knitted fabric intact. If this process is carried out, uneven processing or processing defects will occur in the selvedge part, so in the past, the edges of both sides of the mercerized open knitted fabric, that is, the processing defects, were cut to create a product. . However, the cut width of this defective part is approximately 15 mm.
Because of the rust, there were many wasteful parts of the open knitted fabric, which led to problems such as wasted resources and poor economic efficiency.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and provides a method and an apparatus that can continuously perform effective moist heat treatment on a stretched-tight long fabric in a short period of time without stretching it in the longitudinal direction. The first purpose of this development is to continuously apply moist heat to fabrics that tend to stretch without stretching them. The second purpose is to pass the stretchable fabric through a steamer can where high-pressure moist heat is maintained, thereby effectively performing the desired moist heat treatment in a short period of time.

Since the main structure of the present invention is the tension-free liquid processing mechanism 8 in the above embodiment, the structure of the tension-free liquid processing mechanism 8 will be described in more detail. That is, the upper guide roll group 8 of this tension-free liquid processing mechanism 8 is arranged at a fixed position and driven, and the lower guide roll group 8. is cylinder 8. It moves up and down by operating the . At the time of starting the operation of this device, the cylinder island is operated and the lower guide roll group 8. By lowering the fabric to the position shown by the solid line, the fabric guided by the upper and lower guide roll groups 82 is regulated in a meandering manner with tension applied in the longitudinal direction. After the meandering state of the fabric is regulated in this way, the cylinder 86 is operated to move the lower guide roll group 8. When the fabric is raised as shown by the chain line, the fabric moves up to the upper guide roll 8. Since the fabric 1 is transferred while being supported in a suspended state by a chisel, the fabric 1 is transferred without any tension being applied at least in the longitudinal direction of the fabric.

Next, to describe the operation of the entire device, first, pressurized steam is sent into the steamer can 2 to maintain the inside of the steamer can 2 in a high pressure, moist heat state of, for example, 150°C, and at the same time, the fabric guide rolls and liquid treatment The mechanism 7 and the tension-free liquid processing mechanism 8 are driven to transfer the fabric 1 to the steamer can body 2.
At this time, the lower guide roll group 8° of the tensionless liquid processing mechanism 8 lowers and regulates the fabric so that it forms a vertical meandering pattern. do. Then, when this regulation is completed, the lower guide roll group 8. is raised to bring the fabric into a no-tension state and continue operation. Through this operation, the fabric 1 fed into the steamer can 2 first passes through the drum 7 while receiving high pressure and moist heat inside the steamer can.
The processing liquid is heated to approximately 150°C by the heat exchange heater 13 while being transferred while being pressed by the presser roll 7 and is transferred to the liquid injection nozzle 7.
In order to be sprayed from 3 towards the fabric, the fabric 1
In this case, the liquid-containing reaction of the processing liquid is repeatedly performed while preventing shrinkage in the width direction or ear wrapping. The fabric that has been subjected to the high-humidity heat treatment is thus introduced into the tension-free liquid treatment mechanism 8, where the high-temperature liquid heated by the heat exchange heater 13 is injected from the nozzle 83 toward the fabric. , re-impregnated under no tension. For this, fabric 1
This has the advantage that no tension is applied in the vertical direction, there is no secondary reaction treatment, and that effective moist heat treatment can be carried out continuously and reliably at the desired predetermined size width.

As described above, the present invention includes an upper guide roll group that is laterally arranged and driven in a steamer can through which fabric can be passed continuously, and a lower guide roll that is disposed opposite to this upper guide roll group. a moving mechanism capable of vertically moving the group of guide rolls on either the upper or lower tiers, and applying high-temperature liquid toward the fabric that is guided and transferred in a meandering manner by the guide roll groups on both the upper and lower tiers. Since this is a continuous tension-free moist heat treatment apparatus for fabrics, which is characterized by a treatment liquid injection nozzle for impregnation, this apparatus can move the upper guide roll group or the lower guide roll group by the above-mentioned moving mechanism. The group can be regulated to a predetermined meandering height by moving the upper and lower guide rolls in a direction that separates them, and after this meandering shape is aligned, the upper and lower guide rolls move in a direction that approaches each other. Then, the fabric is suspended only by the upper guide roll, and the moist heat treatment is continued without tension. In addition, if the upper and lower guide rolls are intermittently spaced apart, the meandering shape of the fabric in the vertical direction can be shaped, and the tension-free transfer by the hanging loop shape can be continuously performed, thereby achieving the desired size and width. This has the effect of continuously producing high-quality moist heat-treated fabrics.
