ける円滑駆動装置であって、複動油圧アクチュエータ１
のポート２，３と方向切換弁６を接続する前記給排油路
４，５の夫々に、スプリング１２により閉止方向に付勢
され油圧アクチュエータ１のポート２，３側の油圧が所
定圧以上になったとき開くよう構成した抵抗弁９、油圧
アクチュエータ１側への作動油の流れを許容し逆流を阻
止する逆止弁１０、および、その前後に前記抵抗弁９が
開く前記所定圧が作用したときにおいても油圧アクチュ
エータ１を微速駆動するに足る油量しか流さないよう設
定された絞り弁１１を並列的に介装したことを特徴とす
